Hi! I saw these and had to have them! They are perfect for keeping up with hydration! I refill mine once at work and once again when I am home, and try to drink as much as I can. I even drink at night to stop me from dehydrating in the morning! I think for me it’s important to make things I’m not crazy about doing like “drinking water” more fun!
