Happy New Year! We had a wonderful time celebrating New Year’s Eve at my mom’s house. The best part of the night was having my brother and his wife home after living in Turkey for the past four years! My mom, brother, sister, and sister-in-law kindly offered to watch the boys, so we could take our time getting ready. After dropping the boys off, we came home, cleaned a little, relaxed, and then headed back to my mom’s for a fun night.
The night ended much earlier than 12 midnight, but we celebrated and made sure to have a bit of homemade coquito, a traditional Holiday drink from Puerto Rico! My sister found a Goya Coquito Kit at our local supermarket, which tasted just as good as I remembered from holidays growing up.
My skirt and earrings are both from Amazon. The sweater is from Zara, and the boots are Jimmy Choo. My Chanel bag was purchased back in 2016, it is no longer made but I found a similar preowned bag here. I also payed a lot less for my bag. If looking for a Chanel bag, you may want to look in the Chanel store itself before shopping. There is a wider choice of bags and prices to choose from and an associate will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
Sweater size is Medium and skirt size is a Large. I wear a size 30 in jeans or 10 in dress size. Attention: Do NOT forget to buy the Rum for your coquito kit!
